convenient location helpful staff room cleanliness strong wifi
The location was convenient with the central station just a short walk away. i found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating . the cleanliness of the rooms impressed me. Everything felt fresh and well kept. i also appreciated the strong wifi signal throughout the hotel, it allowed me to stay connected easily.
The lift seemed a bit slow during peak hours. I experienced some minor delays.

convenient location main train station excellent wifi small room no tea closed cafe
The location was convenient. It was situated just opposite the main train station. This made getting around simple. The wifi was EXCELLENT.
The room was quite small, especially considering it was a triple room. It felt a bit cramped. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel cafe and bar was frequently closed when I wanted to use it.

missing cups unhelpful staff
I was quite disappointed by a few things. first, there were no cups in the room, i really don't know how i was supposed to brush my teeth properly. also, there were no shelves in the shower. This made it hard to organize toiletries. i requested cleaning once, but it was not done, and the room wasn't super clean when we first arrived. finally, the staff at reception did not seem very helpful at all.

great location helpful staff
the location was great as it was near the main station. it made shopping easy and i could cook in the open kitchen. the staff were helpful .
the hotel elevators were slow. food disappeared from the shared fridge . the rooms are small too.

great location communal kitchen secure lockers
The location is great. It is right next to the main train station. The communal kitchen had everything needed. The ability to prepare meals was SUCH a bonus. Luggage storage lockers are available in multiple sizes. This allowed me to store my belongings securely.
The pillows were not very comfortable.

I really appreciated the excellent breakfast!!! the selection was varied, and everything tasted fresh. the proximity to the central station was also a HUGE plus. It made getting around so easy.
